Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works in successful completion of minimum 01 number of contracts of minimun 6 storied building completed within the last 06 years in Bangladesh having floor area of at least 300000 sft and costing not less than 95 crore in a single work order including Civil, Sanitary, Electrical works, Fire fighting/Gas system etc. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. A minimum work experience is required for the Prime Contractor or Joint Venture partner in Public University/Institute/ Medical College & Hospital/ Museum/ Planetarium within the last 5 (Five) years.
4. A minimum work experience is required for the Prime Contractor or Joint Venture partner of at least any building construction by the Coastal/River side area in Bangladesh.
5. A minimum work experience is required for the prime contractor or joint venture partner of piling (precast/cast in situ pile) of minimum 50 ft length and minimum 1200 in number within last 05( five) years.
6. The Tenderer should have a valid trade license, ABC license, updated VAT andTAX certificate.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of theTenderer shall be Tk. 40 (forty crore) and the document of Bank's undertaking line of credit must be sumbitted as per ITT Clause form -PW3-7.
8. The works plan must be submitted by the tenderer.
9. Tender/Proposal Security amount in BDT 5.00 Core.
10. Also Section-2 & Section-4 condition will be applicable.
