Brief Description of Package: Yearly repair & maintenance works of 33kv and 11kv underground cable under Underground Cable (South) Division.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1966666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1966666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have 5 (Five) years of General experiance.
02. The tenderer must submit satisfactory work completion certificate (With BOQ) of civil construction works or civil repair and maintenance works or road/soil excavation works under govt/semi govt/Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka 10.00 (Ten ) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.
03. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh only Which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not before the tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PW3-7).
04. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakh over the last 3 (Three) years.
05. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
06. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
07. Tenderer Must submit up-to-date valid trade license, VAT certificate & TIN certificate with Income TAX return certificate/acknowledgment slip.
08. Tenderers who have two nos of contracts similar nature which are under running/ NOA awarded in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
