Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit updated authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. In case of submission of inaccurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non responsive.
b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
c. If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT, Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the tender shall result in the tenderer as non-responsive.
d. Tenderer must have atleast one single contract of smilar supply within last 5 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
e.If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
f. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs.
