Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer with ABC license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5 (five) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have the factory facility of untanking, tanking, testing and repairing of Power Transformer with 132KV or more voltage in any one side.
4) The Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion certificate of similar works i.e. Power Transformer (with 132KV or more voltage in any one side) transportation, untanking, tanking, testing, repairing work order value of minimum BDT 30 (thirty) lac under maximum 1 (one) contract over a period of last 5 (five) years
5) Transformer manufacturer of 132 KV or more voltage level is also eligible for the tender.
6) The annual average turnover shall be greater than BDT 80 (eighty) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50 (fifty) lac.
8) The work shall be completed by 45 (forty five) days.
All fees i.e, Tender Security and Performance Security should be in favor of "Power Grid Bangladesh PLC."
