* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4366666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years.
2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 40,00,000.00 [Tenderer must submit proper document mentioning the amount clearly]
3. The satisfactory completion of similar goods in public utility with a minimum amount of BDT 37,50,000.00 in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of a contract completion certificate issued by the end users.]
4. The Tenderer should submit a valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip/ certificate, 13-digit BIN as per the current VAT Act.
5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document.
