Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) General Experience: At Least 02 (two) years.
b) Specific Experience: At least 01 (one) contract amounting Tk. 3.50 (Three point Five) lakh had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 07 (Seven) years in govt./ semi-govt./ public or autonomous body/ state owned organisation/ private organisation (in case of private organisation, the completion certificate will be supported with VAT payment challan).
c) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets: Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh.
d) Tenderer will submit full technical catalog (colored & printed) that describe each and every parameter of specifiction(s) for goods tendered.
e) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor/ Authorized agent's authorization certificate about genuinity of goods tendered
f) Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have Internationally recognized certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001
