Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, BIN Certificate and Income Tax Clearance certificate.
2. Tenderer should have Bank Statement/Line of credit reflecting minimum 5 (Five) lakhs Taka as liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience on similar works ( motor rewinding/Deep Tubewell Maintenance work) of an amount 2.5 (two hand half) Lakh within last three years in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous Institute. Only Work completion Certificate will be considered as proof of Experience.
4. Tenderer must submit related document agaist annual turnover requirement.
5. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender shall be be rejected automatically..
6. Individual Item price should be align with present market price.otherwise tenderer shall be considered as non-responsive.
7. Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Account Office, BPDB, Shahjibazar, Hobigang in the form of DD/Pay Order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
8. Tenderer must Submit updated Electrical Supervisor Licence and updated Tecnicial Liecence (A/B/C) .
