Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, BIN Certificate and Income Tax Clearance certificate.
2. Tenderer should have Bank Statement/Line of credit reflecting minimum 8 (Eight) lakhs Taka as liquid asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience on supplying similar Items ( Electrical material/consumable) of an amount 8 (Eight) Lakh within last three years in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous Institute. Only Work completion Certificate issued through e-GP database only will be considered as proof of Experience. Real supplier are being encouraged to apply.
4. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) has to be completed with proper country of origin; Make, and Model or Brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer. Incomplete filling or writing "as per tender/as per requirement" in mentioned form, shall make the tenderer non-responsive.
5. Tenderer must submit Manufacturer/Dealer Authorization Certificatefor Item no-14 to 20 and item no-43. Back to back authorization with proper document is acceptable.
6. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 15 (Fifteen) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender may be rejected.
7. Individual Item price should be align with present market price.otherwise tenderer shall be considered as non-responsive.
8. Tenderer must submit 1 (one) year warranty certificate of the item.
9. Submission of sample to PE for item no-1, 4,12, 15A, 16, 17,18,19,20,21 with forwarding letter is mandatory before/during submission of tender.TEC will evaluate the quality of the sample. After Evaluation samples are returnable.
10. Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Account Office, BPDB, Shahjibazar, Hobigang in the form of DD/Pay Order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
