* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 966666 ~ 2900000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. Up to date Trade Licence
02. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
03. VAT Registration Certificate
04. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Assets.
05. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
06. The Bidders have to mention the Items’ Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin in the Technical Offer
07. Manufacturer’s Authorization/Distributor’s Authorization Certificate to be supplied along with the offer.
08. In case of Distributor, necessary documents of the distributor to be supplied with a valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.
09. Manufacturer’s Catalogue in English language must be submitted along with the offer.
10. Manual for Operation and Maintenance in English Language must be submitted during the Supply of the items.
11. The Supplier will have to install the Equipment by his own Expert and at his own cost at the CUFL site and show its normal performance for Quality Certificate.
12. The Supplier must submit 01(One) year’s Warranty Certificate for the items.
13. All standard Accessories must be supplied along with the main Equipment.
14. Delivery Period : 45(Forty Five) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
15. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
16. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
