Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000;
Tender Security: 300000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i. Trade license Valid for 2024-2025
ii. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2023-2024 (Including TIN No.)
iii. Bank Solvency Certificate in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date within selling bid document & dropping date;
iv. VAT Registration certificate;
v. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
vi. Appropriate document (Work order & Experience Certificate from the purchaser stating amount) regarding 5( Five) years experience in Supply of similar items.
vii. Appropriate document of minimum supply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk. 2 (Two) crore (Attach Experience Certificate with Work order).
viii. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 2 (Two) crore(Attach supporting document/Audit report).
ix. The office Address and the Present Telephone No(s). of the officer who will attest the Photocopies of the documents on the letterhead of the tenderer.
x. Large Scale working litho code with answer script prepared experience such as Dhaka/ Rajshahi/Madrasah Board.
xi. Joint venture work is not acceptable.
Special Instruction:
In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used.
