* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18050000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification
and other criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of
Contract (PCC) of the tender document.
The Tenderers shall have: a) Valid trade license (Up to date). b) Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date). c) Valid VAT & TIN certificate. d) Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. e) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization. f) Submit valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company. g) Submit valid agencyship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company. h) Submit valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
The following conditions shall be taken into consideration:1. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.2. The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for thisTender.3. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
