Brief Description of Package: Supply, Installation and commissioning of 1 Cusec Solar LLP with necessary accessories-06 set.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 350000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall be manufacturer/authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer and only one agent of foreign manufacturer.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years overall experience for supply of similar types of goods and related services in any government/semi-government organizations in Bangladesh.
c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods and proven experience for Design, Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning in 2 (two) contracts minimum Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) Lakhs within the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Similar goods means supply of  solar irrigation with centrifugal surface pump-motor system in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization.
d) Pump-motor, solar panel should be from EU/USA/UK/India/China & MPPT Controller should be from EU/USA/UK or equivalent Country of origin.
e) The manufacturer of the motor-pump, solar panel & motor controller/inverter should be ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard & should be CE certified and TIER 1 PV module manufacturer will be allowed (Power conversion system).
f) All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR-2008 in e-GP system.
g) Tenderer must have update trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
h) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. Motor-pump, solar panel & auto motor controller/inverter, each one piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission has to attach with the tender document. Recent test report (not before 01 year from the offer) of BUET or Competent Authority must submit of similar goods.
