* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2400000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in Repair and maintenance of Air Coolers shall be Three (03) years.
02. A Satisfacroty completion certificate of Repair and maintenance of Air Coolers or same nature of works under Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous/Govt Owned Organization amounting in total not less than taka 500,000.00 (Taka Five lac) only as a Prime Contractor over a period of last Three (03) years shall be required.
03. The requried average annual turnover shall be greater than at least taka 600,000.00 (Taka Six Lac) only over the last three (03) years.
04. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka 06.00 (Six) Lac only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of Commitment for Banks. Undertaking for Line of Credit .
