Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1733333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified chemicals at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
3. Bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter ( physical parameter and chemial parameter) that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
4. For item no:01(Poly aluminium Chloride(PAC)) the bidder have the capability to select dosing limit with their specified chemicals by their own cost and responsibility .
5. In case of other factory products (for Item no:03 and 04), the bidder have to calibrate DR-6000 (Spectrophotometer) by their specified factory products. At the time of calibration if any types of accident will occure the bidder have to take all kinds of responsibility without showing any excause.

7. The bidder have the capability to test their specified chemicals by their own cost and responsibility if the PE office will want .
8. The bidder must have Satisfactory complition experience certificate of supplying similar types of chemicals at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 14(fourteen) lakh taka in a single at last 03(three) years the counting date will be started from the publishing date of tender.
9. The bidder must have Up to date Valid Acid or chemical selling License and Up to date Valid Acid or chemical carrying License.
