* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 41666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 125000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 41666666 ~ 125000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in eGP system meeting the following criteria
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of Medical Gas Pipe Line System work worth not less than Tk 370.00 (Three Hundred and Seventy) Lac only in a single contract within the
last 5 (five) years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed .
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 285.00 (Two hundred & Eighty Five) Lac.
Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the
tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-7 form published by CPTU.
d)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1100.00 (Eleven Hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any
Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate
from Concern PE is required.
e)Tenderer Must have upto date ABC Catagory Contractory and Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electric Licensing Board.
f)Up to date valid Trade License, VAT Certificate, Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
