Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 (Three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience in High voltage (132 kV or above) underground cable joint (straight through or cross bond joint) with necessary civil works successfully completed under 1 (One) no of contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh) for any public Generation/ Transmission/ Distribution Utility/ Govt. organization shall be required.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh) only over the last 03 (Three) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh) only.
5. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Electrical Contractory License and ABC Supervisory Certificate from Electricity Licensing Board shall be required.
6. The Tenderer must have key personnels with qualifications and experience mentioned in ITT Clause 14(j)(8) of TDS
