Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
b) Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
c) It is duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
d) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
e) Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU..
f) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
g) All non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public Property, shall be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.
Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in the Corrigendum. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various subcriteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in the Corrigendum. The tenderers are requested to strictly follow the instructions of these uploaded/scanned sections of PSN document.
