* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate.
Tenderer must have 3 years of general experience and 2 years of similar experience (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
Tenderer shall submit end-user acceptance/completion certificate as supporting document of the specific experience, with sufficient contract details mentioning Issuer details, Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply etc.
The Tenderer may be manufacturer, or an authorized distributor/dealer/agent of the respective goods (for Calibration Gas) manufacturer.
The Tenderer shall have minimum Tk. 40 (Forty) Lac only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
