Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Furniture Supplying as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor at least 01 contract of Furniture Supplying works successfully completed within the last one (05) years with a value of at least Tk. Twenty (20.00) Lac in a single tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. Twenty (20.00) Lac.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format (Form PW3-7)] of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Twenty Five (25.00) Lac. Not before Tender publication date.
5. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
6. The tenderer shall be submited rate analysis with tender accordance with the market price. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive.
7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in TDS and PCC.
