Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience .
b) Require number of similar nature of works completed shall be 01 (one) number over a period of last 3 (three) years (years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Each with a value of at least TK 3,70,000.00 (Taka Three lacs seventy thousand only) under single contract required.
c) The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user from Government /Semi Government/Autonomus Boday/Organisation.
d) The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License , TIN certificate along with updated Tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.
e) The required average annual construction turn-over shall be greater than TK 5,00,000.00 (Taka Five lac only) over the last 03 (three) years ( years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal).
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 5,00,000.00(Five lac only)
