Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related service as supplier shall be 05(five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the e-GP system)
2. The tenderer should have 02 (two) years of overall production experience of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer.
3. The tenderer should have specific experience of supply of 10 KVAsingle phase wound core distribution transformer at REB/PBS or in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization under at least 02 (two) contracts in the last 05(five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system), each must be of 2.5 crore or more. This specific experience certificate must be submitted with the tender.The certificate should be signed by any officer not below the rank of an executive engineer.
4. The tenderer must submitt sample of 01 (one) nos of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer at Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi Region, Rajshahi with factory test report. Receipt of sample submission shall require to upload during submission of tender.
5. All experience/acceptance/completion certificate must be as per the prescribed format of PPR-2008 (As per annexure C) and issuing officer of that certificate shall not below the rank of an executive engineer.
6) The tenderer shall be local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance from directorate of environment (DOE), five years overall production and two-year specific experience for production & supply of similar goods (i.e. 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
7) The tenderer shall have submitt others data acording to TDS
