Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 34500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or having authorization from the manufacturer.
2) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related service as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. The minimum specific experience as supply of similar goods of at Single contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1,10,00,000.00.(One Crore Ten Lac) Years counting from the date of
publication of IFT in the newspaper & Experience certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an executive engineer.
3) The tenderer shall have:
i) Updated trade license.
ii) Updated certificate of income tax clearance.
iii) TIN Certificate
iv) VAT Registration certificate.
v) Financial solvency certificate.
4) The manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance
certificate certificate.
5) Tenderer have to submit sample of each item, i.e. i) Column Pipe,  as per description of the BOQ of the
tender document at BMDA, Rajshahi Regional Store before submission of tender. Receipt
of sample submission must attach with the tender.
6) Tender should be submitted as per terms & conditions and Technical specification of the
tender schedule.
