2. Valid Trade License 2024-2025
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2023-2024 (Including TIN No).
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate in Original
6. The minimum Amount of Liquid Assets or working Capital or Credit Facility is minimum Tk.10 (Ten) lac.
7. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of Specific experience in the supply of good and related services
8. Appropriate document of minimum supply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk.10 (Ten) lac (Attach experience Certificate with work order).
9. The tenderer shall have a minimum of five years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
