* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 390000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the printing and supply of books, reports, and related services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier for printing and supplying books, reports, and related services at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 90,000.00 (Ninety Thousand Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 1,29,000.00 (One Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand Taka only);
5. Tenderer shall have printing press;
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
