Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Taxpaying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the printing and supply of file cover and file board with belt, reports, books, and/or related services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier for printing and supply of file cover and file board with belt, reports, books, and/or related services at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh Taka only);
5. Tenderer shall have printing press;
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
