* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
A) The Tenderers shall have a minimum 3 (three) years of General experience in the transportation and related services/carrying of goods or electrical line materials/equipments to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations. The Local Manufacturing Plant established as Supplier to BREB may also participate the Tender. In that case that Manufacturer/Supplier shall have the experience of supplying Electrical Materials/Poles to BREB of minimum 03 (three) crore taka under a single contract within the last 05 years.
B) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 01 (one) Year specific experience of transportation/carrying of electrical line materials / equipments which includes a successfull completion of minimum 01 (one) contract of taka 80 (Eighty) lac in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations.

in case of transportation from local manufacturing plant to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations, a minimum 01 (one) contract of SPC pole transportation with a value of minimum tk 50 (Fifty) lac and a minimum 01(one) contract of electrical hardware material transportation with a value of minimum tk 30 (Thirty) lac within the last 5 years.
