(v) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,00,000.00 (Four Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh Only).
