Eligibility criteria:
All the egp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW3 document attached herewith as per PPA-2006 and latest PPR-2008. The following conditions are applicable:
Payment of work will be made on availability of budget & fund release. No extra claim/ interest for delaying in payment will be entertained. R/A bill will be entertained on the availability of budget and fund. But work progress will not be hampered for lack offund release/ want of R/A Bill.
Latest Technical specification for civil work of BWDB will govern provided in particular specifications.
The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased.
The contractor will bear the expense to remove of illegal occupancy/structure if remain besides the working site.
Cost of tests, interim and post work survey and video beyond BoQ (if applicable) will be borne by contractor.
The selected contractor will handover total work site at a time. No scope to handover the site partly.
Insurance must be completed from "Sadharon Bima Corporation" as per Bima Corporation Act'2019.
"A misrepresentation or omission regarding the value of existing commitments and ongoing works by a tenderer in the E-GP system constitutes a fraudulent practice under ITT clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive practices.In that case, the tenderer will be non-responsive, and further action may be taken in accordance with PPR 127 and ITT Clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive Practices." as per circular of CPC, BWDB, vide (Memo No- 42.01.0000.005.22.002.18.96), Dated:11-09-2024.(Copy Attached in Particular Condition of Contract)
