Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 82000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 246000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 82000000 ~ 246000000.

All egp enlisted tenderer, who full fills the following requirements:
1) Valid Trade Licence
2) TIN number.
3) VAT Registration.
4) Nationality.
5) Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
6) Work plan, Statement of work method, equipment & Personnel
Special Instruction:
1. In case of Working Certificate/Performance Certificate/Payment Certificate; Name of works, planned Commencement & Completion date and also Actual Completion date should be mentioned /Writen down on the certificate. It is better to submite the certificate guided by CPTU.
2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
3. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
4. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
5. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW3-7. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
7. Latest circular of CPTU & CPC of BWDB will be followed.
Special Note: A misrepresentation or omission regarding the value of existing commitments and ongoing works by a tenderer in the E-GP system constitutes a fraudulent practice under ITT Clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive Practices. In that case, the tenderer will be non responsive, and further action may be taken in accordance with PPR 127 and ITT Clause Corrupt, Fraudulent, Collusive, Coercive or Obstructive Practices.
