A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [30 lac] under [01 of contract(s) over a period of [05] years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [20 Lac) over the last [05] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [15 Lac]
The minimum capacity shall be : 35 Lac
 N.B:Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be
           rejected.
