Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderers having registered of CPTU.
b) The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer.
c) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of related goods & services.
d) The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of M.S. Riser valve Tk.21.0 lakh under a single contract in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
e) In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
f) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
g) Tenderers having trade license, updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate.
h ) Others term & condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
i ) Tenderer shall submit the Sample (01 no. of 250 mm outer dia MS Riser (Alpha Alpha) valve) in BMDA, Chapainawabgonj Regional store before submission of the tender document & receipt of sample submission attached with the tender document. No offer will be entertained without submission of sample.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer .
