Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have the general experience of 5 Years & satisfactory completion of similar Nature of works under Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka 10,00,000.00 ( Ten Lakh) only as a prime contractor in 01(One) contract/work order within last 5 years shall be required.
2. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk.10 (Ten) lakh over the last 3 years.
3.The minimum liquid asset capacity will be 10 lakh taka in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit(Form PG2-5) or Bank Statement.
4.If any tenderer doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender
5. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender
6. All other terms and conditions will be as given in the Tender Document.
