Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333 ~ 700000.
Eligibility criteria:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation (if any)
(vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(vii) Copy of current Bank solvency certificate.
(viii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.
(ix) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
(x) 02 (Two) pcs samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 1100hrs (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder.
(xii) Successful bidder also must be submitted 02 (Two) pcs working sample before contact agreement.
(xiii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award.
(xiv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
