Eligibility criteria:
A Contractor's firm is working in Government,Semi government and autonomous bodies having the followings :
1. Minimum 05 years general experience in Construction works.
2. A satisfactory Completion of similar nature ( Over head Electric Line with poll install) works at least Tk. 6.00 lakhs under single contract over a period of 05 years.
3. The tenderers must have ABC License and needs to submit copy it's along with the tender document.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 20.00 Lakhs. .
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 lakhs.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.7.00 lakhs.
7. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
8. If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
