Brief Description of Package: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Oracle Database and its related services for Core Banking Solution in Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Banks Data Center (DC).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have Five (05) years overall experience on Oracle Database and its related services and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Bidder must submit the proper documents regarding this experience certificate.
2. The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel of their own payroll with at least 1(One) suitably qualified technical expert who have Oracle Certification. The bidder will submit the signed CV with valid Certificate. Besides The tenderer must have adequately qualified personnel regarding Oracle Database operation.
3. Submit the audited balance sheets for the last 03 (three) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.
4. Minimum average annual turnover of 4.5 CRORE within the last three (3) years.
5. Bidder must have experience of Oracle Database AMC agreement and/or successfully completed related project with in last five (05) years.
6. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate, VAT Registration and Trade License. Need to submit the up-to-date Certificates.
