Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction works having valid 1.3 or 1.4 or combinedly (same contractor) 1.3 & 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla or any other company of Petrobangla as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

2. Gas pipeline contractor having latest and valid 1.3 or 1.4 or combinedly (same contractor) 1.3 & 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla or any other company of Petrobangla and having minimum experience of construction of at least 08 Km long 140 psig or above pressure and 4" to 12"Ø or above diameter gas pipeline (in which must have 140 psig or above pressure and 10"Ø or above diameter at least 1.5 Km pipeline construction work) in a single or summation of two number of contracts of at least 2.25 crore taka within the last 10 years under any company of Petrobangla. The work experience of the contractor also will be considered where the contractor was engaged by the customer and the work was done under supervision of respective company of petrobangla. As evidence the tenderer must provide the work completion certificate from the Procuring Entity (In case of contractor engaged by the customer the tenderer must provide VAT & TAX payment receipt for that particular work(s) along with work completion certificate from the Procuring Entity).
