Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333 ~ 250000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Lift.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (One) Number of Similar works of Tk. 1.50 (One lac fifty thousand) Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who’s Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per specified format attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
vi)All papers shall have to be uptodate according to TDS,GCC,PCC of this tender notice & documents.
vii) The tenderer shall be the Sole agent /Official Distributor of the lift Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from original manufacturing company.
viii) Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
ix) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender willbe non-responsive.
x) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS
