2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 29.99 Lac (Twenty Nine Point Nine Nine lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 Lac (Eigtheen Point Zero Zero lac) only.
