Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of civil works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 (Four) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e working capital/credit facilities/credit line(s) (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 60.00 (Sixty ) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 85.00 (Eighty Five ) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license
8. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2a) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
