Brief Description of Package: Installation of 20 nos of Rain Water Harvester at any upazila in Project Area. The work site is situated at different places of the Project area.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 100000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works and having a satisfactory completion of any types of civil works of value Tk 26.00 (Twenty Six) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of Liquid asset shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents;
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained;
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained;
The bidders can either bid for one lot/tender or more in the same package (WD6-RWH) and could be awarded more than one lot/tender if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria. Maximum number of lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited to 2 (Two).
