Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
b. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works as prime contractor.
c. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number similar work with sanitary & internal electrification works etc. in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 70.00 (Sixty) lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years from the date of invitation of tender.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of (PW3-7) in original form) of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 1.00 (One) Crore. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f. The tender capacity is Tk. 75.00 (Seventy five) lakh. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
