Brief Description of Package: a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation

b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-

(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;

(2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,75,000/-(One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.[The Tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along and completion experience certificate must be submitted. in the e-GP system.]

(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s),net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk 1,90,000/- (One Lakh Ninty Thousand) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system]

(4) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 Digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9)Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner cholar dal] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Natore District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.(18/09/2024 PM-15:00)

(10) All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
Eligibility criteria:
