Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature of Works at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting to Tk 4.00 (Four) Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PG2-5) of the tenderer shall be TK 6.00 Lakh only.
c) According to letter No-03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259, date: 03/10/2019 from Office of The Prime Minister & according to letter No-21.00.0000.363.27.114(2).19-003, date: 12/01/2023 from CPTU; the contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender.
d) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
