Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
The minimum specific experience as satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Supply, Installation and Commissioning of any type of Irrigation Pump) as specific experience with a value of Tk 160.00 (One Hundred and Sixty) lakhs under single contract and have experience in Boring, Installation and Commissioning of Deep Tube Well/Dugwell with irrigation pump in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations within last 3 (Three) years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 160.00 (One Hundred Sixty) Lakhs.
The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.
The tenderer shall have ISO and CE certificate of the manufacturer of goods and it must be enclosed with the offer.
The bidder must submit the sample of Parts as per mentioned in Technical Specification.
The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & terms and condition of tender.
Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender. 
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (One) lots (if reponsive lowest more than 01 (One) lots) under the single notice in this project.
