Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (three) years in any government organization; General experience should be the particullar format given by Prisons Directorate.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 1 lakh under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency & Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 1.20 lakh issued after August'2024;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
