Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (5) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
b) Specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods at least 2(Two) contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years in any government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous institutions, statutory government authorities, financial institutions, MNC, etc., with a value of at least Tk. 100.0(One Hundred) Lakh each. Specific experience must be substantiated with a completion certificate. A Notification of Award (NOA) will not be considered as completion.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100.0(One Hundred) Lakh.
d) Other qualifications as per tender document.
