Brief Description of Package: Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of IT Security Solutions PAM with Related support services for iBAS++ Scheme.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer should have minimum years of general experience in the supply or AMC of Software and related services shall be 05(Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b1.Specific experience as a Supplier in supply/AMC of IT Security Software along with related services at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years in any government/semi-government/autonomous/semi-autonomous/statutory government authorities/Bank/financial institutions/MNC/UN organization, with a value of at least Tk. 65.0(Sixty Five) Lakh. Specific experience must be substantiated with a completion certificate. A Notice of Award (NOA) will not be considered as completion.
b2. Local Bidder must have at least two (02) commercial implementations (Not Proof of Concept) of the offered PAM solution in Bangladesh. At which minimum one (01) completed and another one ongoing/ completed within the last 5(five) years.
b3.. Organizational/ Manpower qualification of tenderer
1. The tenderer must have a team of a minimum 2(Two) OEM certified Engineers of own in deploying/managing/operating offered PAM solution.
2.The tenderer must have dedicated support team available 24/7 to provide timely support and resolution of issues, supported by related documents.
3. The bidder must have an in-house expert as Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience in IT Management/Information Security/Governance and Security Operations, and must have managed at least 1(one) PAM project in Bangladesh.
c. Other requirement as specified in TDS & Specification.
