Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.(II)The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.4,00,000/- Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with exprience certificate in the e-GP system] (III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s),net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk. 4,50,000/- [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.] (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal- saru] must be submitted to in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.(IX) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.( IX) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
