Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3300000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) All the Tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR 2008.
b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)
(I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(II) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 26,50,000 (TWENTY-SIX LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer shall submit a Completion Certificate along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk. 26,50,000 (TWENTY-SIX LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND) issued after July/2024.
(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(vi) e-BIN (13-digit) registration certificate;
(vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company)
(viii)Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Muta) must be submitted in (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specifications on before the tender opening date and time.
