* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 14000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:
1. Quoted rates for Drilling & Installation (item 2 in BOQ ) must be reasonable with the prevailing market price and must be increased propotionately from lower depth to upper depth. Any deviation from these condition of any tenderer will be termed technically non-responcive during evaluation.
2. Comfirmation of availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank will be examined and evaluated meticiously.
a) Bank Statement as Liquid Assets : TEC might verify availibity of liquid balance anytime during evaluation if not met by the Tenderer, shall be considered as non-responsive.
b) Credit line(s)/ Credit Commitment as Liquid Assets : TEC might ask for Credit Sanction Paper / Approval Paper from competent authority of respective Bank. To ensure financial capacity TEC will verify availibity of Credit balance anytime during evaluation if not met by the Tenderer, shall be considered as non-responsive.
